Booking Disclaimer and Refund Policy

Service Charges: Please note that an internet handling fee of INR 500 per passenger, per PNR, is applicable in addition to the standard ticket price.

Tatkal Booking Availability: All Tatkal tickets are strictly subject to real-time availability. Ovo Holidays currently maintains a historical booking success rate of 93.98%.

Unconfirmed Tickets: In the event that Ovo Holidays is unable to deliver a confirmed ticket to the client, a 100% full refund of the total amount paid will be issued immediately OR 24-48hr.

Client Cancellations: If a confirmed ticket is canceled at the request of the guest, the internet handling fee (service charge) remains strictly non-refundable.
